Zakopane


Zakopane – a city in southern Poland at the foot of the Tatra Mountains.
It’s a large winter sports center, colloquially known as the „winter capital of Poland”.

Krupówki

Krupówki is a pedestrian promenade closed to vehicular traffic and even bicycles, intended only for pedestrian traffic. It is an iconic street in this city, with crowds of tourists during the tourist and ski seasons. There are numerous attractions for tourists; horse-drawn carriage rides, a photo with a teddy bear, souvenirs, etc. Krupówki is considered the central point of Zakopane.

Mount Gubałówka

A majestic mountain from which you can admire the panorama of Zakopane. It gets its name from the Gubalowka glade located there.
You can get to the top of Gubałówka by hiking trails and a cable train, opened in 1938.
There are many of restaurants or bars with traditional highlander food, stands with the famous oscypek, but also various souvenirs. First of all, however, reaching Gubalowka gives breathtaking views of the entire Tatras panorama.

The thermal baths in Zakopane are a complex of pools with natural water rich in minerals. For many years, the thermal baths are very popular among people staying in the Zakopane area, providing an excellent attraction and opportunity to relax, having a beneficial effect on health.
